What the work involves
The first task is usually reading the agreement carefully and separating what the contract says from what the parties believed it said. Those are often different, and the difference determines the case.
From there the work is building the record, assessing exposure honestly, and choosing a route: negotiation, mediation, arbitration or trial. Clients get a realistic view of cost and likely outcome before committing to any of them.
